 <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/>Venice has hosted an international art fair since the late 19th century, the Biennale di Venezia. Unlike its equivalent in the world of sports, the Olympics, the Biennale always occurs in the same venue, the Giardini della Biennale, a lagoon-side park created by Napoleon Bonaparte. Most of the exhibits occur in either the park's Central Pavilion, and, more recently, in the nearby Arsenale, a converted shipyard. But a lucky few countries have pavilions of their own in the Giardini, many of them designed by world-renowned architects, such as Alvar Aalto (Finland), Delano & Aldrich (U.S.), Josef Hoffmann (Austria), and Gerrit Rietveld (the Netherlands).<br/><br/>Now Australia joins the select few with the opening of its own national pavilion, designed by Melbourne-based Denton Corker Marshall. The cubic concrete-and-steel structure sits alongside the Rio del Giardini canal. /></a><br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><br/> <br/><h3>On a plot of three-sides, measuring approximately 30m * 50m in the area Patima Chalandri was constructed a nine-residence housing complex. Each house consists of three or four interconnected levels, with a total range in size from 220m2 to 120m2.</h3><br/><h3>The field is slightly inclined on the long side, whereas the main facade, which coincides with the small size, is facing south. The building program for the development of individual volumes involves creating homes that fulfill the needs of functionality issues taking into account the requirements of future buyers.</h3><br/><h3>Morphologically, key design principles are integration with its natural surroundings, unobstructed view, adaptation to its urban environment according to the principles of sustainable building design, integration of water cooling components and continuous interaction of each residence with the whole party, both through the green open spaces of the complex and the neighboring public open space areas surrounding the plot.</h3><br/><h3>Functionally, the homes are characterized by vertical organization in three or four levels. Utility spaces and parks are situated in the basement. On the ground floor with a private entrance for each home, the option to create high living-room leads to a highlighting of individual architectural details and the inseparable connection of indoor and outdoor space. Bedrooms and restrooms are developed on the first and second floor ensuring privacy. At the level of the roof is created a recreation area – roof garden, offering uninterrupted view of the Penteli mountain.</h3><br/><h3>Construction data<br/>Taking advantage of the plasticity of the housing volumes, a whitish colour of coated sides was selected, combined with thermal break windows in gray color, the wood paneling in selected niches and horizontal wooden or metal linear elements on the facades. تصميم مقر شركة أبل المستقبلي

<h4 style="text-align: center;">و الذي سيقع في الركن الشمالي الشرقي من كوبرتينو ، كاليفورنيا.apple campus2كشفت شركة أبل قبل فترة عن تصميم مقرها الجديد المستقبلي تحت مسمى تم تصميم المقر من قبل عدة مصممين و معمارية منهم المصمم المعمارى الشهير نورمان فوستر، وهو الذي قد صمم مبنى الرصاصة في مدينة لندن و مبنى الرايخستاغ الجديد في برلين. سيتم بناء المقر على قطعة أرض مساحتها 176 فدان مع 2.8 مليون قدم مربع من مساحة العمل. فكما تشاهدون تم تصميم المبنى بشكل الدائري بأربعة طوابق، و الذي سوف يتسع لـ 13,000 مهندس ومصمم  وموظف.بالإضافة مطعم أو كافيتريا بمساحة تبلغ  90.000 قدم مربع، و مع حدائق واسعة، وبستان من أشجار التفاح، والكرز، والبرقوق، وأشجار المشمش، بالإضافة لمركز للياقة البدنية. و من المتوقع الإنتهاء من بناء المقر بحلول عام 2016، بتكلفة تبلغ بحوالي 5 مليارات دولار أمريكي.<br/><a جسر لندن للمشاه

Moore (civil and traffic), Buro Happold (engineering)</h4><br/><h2><span style="color: #ff0000;">team</span></h2><br/><h4>Adriaan Geuze, Matthew Skjonsberg, Harrie Van Oorschot, Joris Weijts, Juan Figueroa Calero, Laura van Santen, Pieter Hoen, Tanyi Huang, Xiaoxuan Lu, Zhongwei Li</h4><br/> <br/><h4>George Kaiser Family Foundation's mission to break the cycle of poverty <span style="color: #ff0000;">through</span> investments in early childhood education, community health, social servicesand civic enhancement is a mission that West 8 has taken as their own for the purpose of this design proposal.</h4><br/><h4>West 8 understands that as a charitable organization working primarily on initiatives developed in collaboration with Tulsa-based direct service organizations, this riverfront park illustrates the importance of the economic and community strength to the greater Tulsa region.</h4><br/><h4>The aim of the design of the waterfront park is to provide a park that complements the qualities of the existing context and provides the city of Tulsa with a monumental waterfront park. The park is to be a place for <span style="color: #ff0000;">collective</span> aspirations, a place where people of different social backgrounds can meet. It should be the most significant green space in the city and its social melting pot, and function as a landscape of convergence - socially and environmentally.</h4><br/><h4>The project site will be stitched into to the region's <span style="color: #ff0000;">premier</span> park and recreation destination - the River Parks system, which consists of 26 miles of trails along the Arkansas River in Tulsa (with an additional 100 miles of trails in the region) offering trails for pedestrians and cyclists, as well as recreational activities such as fishing, rowing, kayaking, and access to more than 15 miles of dirt trails on Turkey Mountain.</h4><br/><h4>Within the park itself, by adopting a strategy that accepts and embraces flood levels, rather than fighting them, the ecological performance and experiential qualities of the park are profoundly enhanced. Such an approach yields a park that is expressive of seasonality in an entirely new way - enabling a reading of nature that provides ecological education and encourages a healthy respect for water management.</h4><br/><h4>By emphasizing a great spine at the <span style="color: #ff0000;">center</span> of the existing bicycle network, a direct route from sister parks within and outside the city, the coherence of the overall bicycle network and the city's relation to the Arkansas Riverfront can be greatly enhanced – creating a monumental public space network.
